During my stay I developed serious health issues, including a severe skin reaction and rash, which I believe were caused by the conditions in the apartment. I had to seek medical attention after leaving the property and I have medical reports documenting the situation. Although Booking later issued a partial refund, the host refused to take full responsibility for the situation and rejected any further compensation. The communication from the host was also very dismissive after I explained the seriousness of the health problem. For a guest, health and safety should always come first. When a property causes medical issues, the host should handle the situation responsibly and professionally, which unfortunately did not happen in this case.
